I recently had the opportunity to photograph Sean & Holly’s beautiful persian wedding at the Irvine Hyatt Regency Hotel .
The attention to details and the lavish decorations were amaaaaazing. I had no idea you could even carve a watermelon into a flower blossom! The whole event was super high energy with an awesome vibe, tons of guests dancing their hearts out, and not one but two stunning performances by middle eastern dancer Rosa Rojas that were accompanied by the exotic instrumentals of middle easter violinist Pourya Khademi . Sean & Holly weren’t kidding when they told me dancing is “their thing.” These two really know how to dance. In fact, I didn’t see a single guest there that couldn’t throw down the moves–including Shahin’s Parents! Middle Eastern Tabla Player Moe Abiri was also on hand keeping the rhythm alive with his vibrant Tabla playing. Sean & Holly, I wish you guys the best, and thank you for having me!
