Back in March, I got the opportunity to tour Boulder’s own Round House Distillery, creators of ‘Ginsky’, an oak-barrel-aged gin that takes on an exotic flavor similar to a barrel-aged whisky.  I got to sample the raw ingredients, including the gin before and after it’s aged; the difference in flavor is mind-blowing considering the two drinks only have time + an oak barrel differentiating their ingredients list.  The complete article can be found in the April issue of Boulder Lifestyle Magazine:
